Obituary for Mildred Ibbottson
IBBOTSON-Mildred (Wallace) (Brady) Ibbotson, 106 years, former resident of CT, Boston, and Burlington, passed away Sunday August 7, 2011, at the Westford House Nursing Home following a period of declining health. Mildred was born on January 4, 1905, and raised in Ashburnham, and was a daughter of the late Lewis R. and Olive M. (Young) Wallace. She is survived by her daughter, Lois Donovan of Chelmsford, with whom she resided for the past 31 years.
At her request, calling hours have been omitted. A private graveside service will be held in the family lot in Ashburnham. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Mildred's memory to the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01701, or to a charity of one's choosing.
