Obituary for Jean P. Einarson (Mills)

WESTFORD – Jean P. (Mills) Einarson, 78, a longtime resident of Westford, passed away on Sunday, March 9, 2014 at Brigham & Women’s Hospital. She was the wife of the late Magnus Jon Einarson who died in 1997.

She was born in Boston on June 12, 1935 and was a daughter of the late Ernest and Jean (Patterson) Mills.

Jean was a graduate of Arlington High School and earned an Associate’s Degree from Lasell College. Prior to her retirement, along with her husband was the owner of Circuit Fab in Chelmsford. Jean was a member of the Westford Garden Club. She enjoyed playing bridge, traveling, skiing, golfing and summers at her cottage on Balch lake in Wakefield, NH. Most of all, she enjoyed time spent in the company of her loving family, especially her grandchildren.

Jean is survived by her four children; Stephen J. Einarson and his wife Pamela of Danville, NH, Sheryl J. Einarson of Pepperell, MA, Mark C. Einarson and his wife Joni of Highlands Ranch, CO, and Carol E. Towle and her husband Greg of Dunstable, MA, seven grandchildren; Jonathan and Matthew Einarson of Danville, NH, Carlie and Michael Einarson of Highlands Ranch, CO, and Alyssa, Brooke, and Nicholas Towle of Dunstable, MA, her goddaughters and many nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Marilyn Mills.

Visiting hours will be held on Friday from 4 to 7 pm at BLAKE FUNERAL HOME, 24 Worthen St., CHELMSFORD. Her Funeral Service will be on Saturday at 10 o’clock at All Saints Episcopal Church, 10 Billerica Road, Chelmsford. PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH. Interment in Fairview Cemetery, Westford.
