Condolence: TO: Astrid and Harry's family.
No matter how much we are prepared for it, Death is no friend. I am constantly thinking of my long association with both of you since 1962, when you first came to America. Imagine, 52 years ! We will miss his sophisticated humor and tales of growing up in Amsterdam.
He leaves a gap in my life. He was a terrific teacher but I never challenged him in discussions of Philosophy or Strategy.
God and Jesus are now in charge.
Having quadruple by-pass surgery, I now know what he went through.
