The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Soeng Keo can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence: I would like to express my condolences to the family and friends of Soeng. The lose of a loved one is never easy and feels so unnatural. That is because we all have the desire to live forever. Our loving Creator has promised that he will one day do away with death (Revelation 21:3,4) and we will have the opportunity to live forever in a paradise (Psalms 37:10,11). There you can welcome your loved ones back (John 5:28,29a). May those verses bring you some comfort in your time of mourning. Please also visit jw.org for more information on our hope for the future.
