Obituary for Dolores B "Lorrie" Oliver (Chute)
Dolores Oliver passed away at her home in Hudson, FL on August 3, 2015 after a brief illness. Dolores "Lorrie" lived in Lowell, MA until the age of 16. She was a Graduate of Lowell High School, Class of 1955. After High School and marriage she moved to Pelham, NH where she became a Charter Member of the League of Women Voters. In 1988 she moved to Chelmsford, where she raised her family. She served on the Pop Warner Board of Directors and was a member of the Chelmsford High School booster club. She volunteered at Lowell General Hospital for many years and was an avid motorcycle rider and Harley Davidson enthusiast. She resided in the Hudson, Florida area for the past 27 years.
She will be sadly missed by her two sons, Mark Oliver and his wife Sara of Wells, ME, and Kevin Oliver and his wife Katherine of Manchester, NH, her daughter Tracy Oliver of Pelham, NH, and daughter-in-law Susan Oliver of Chelmsford; 10 grandchildren; Chase, Shane & A.J Oliver, Samantha and Brittany Oliver, Preston Ezzideen and his wife Caleigh, Justin Ezzideen, Sadie Oliver, Savanna Maybury and Nicholas Maybury; sister Gail Foley and brother-in-law Paul of Exeter, NH. She also leaves her nephews, Steven, Scott and Gary.
She is predeceased by her parents, Helen and Melvin Chute and her beloved son David B. Oliver.
A private burial ceremony will be held in Westlawn Cemetery in Lowell. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Community Hospice House 210 Naticook Rd. Merrimack, NH 03054 in loving memory of David and Dolores Oliver.
