Obituary for Anita J. "Joan" J. Noon (Goulet)
CHELMSFORD- Anita J. “Joan” (Goulet) Noon, a longtime resident of Chelmsford, passed away Saturday September 12, 2015 with her loved ones by her side.
She was born in Lowell and was a daughter of the late Joseph and Arlene (Sheehan) Goulet.
Joan was raised in Lowell and was a graduate of Lowell High School. Prior to her retirement, Joan worked for many years at WANG Labs.
Her greatest joy was her family, whether it be cooking for them or just spending time with them.
She was a longtime parishioner of St. Mary Parish in Chelmsford.
Joan is survived by three children; Bernie Noon and his wife Jane of Lowell, Wayne Noon of Chelmsford and Donna Guiney of Chelmsford, five grandchildren; Brenda, Tom, Adam, Dave and Nick, a great granddaughter; Julia, and two sisters; Arlene Whitmore of Pelham, NH and Lynn Day and her husband Rick of Pelham, NH.
It being her wish, a private Funeral Service was held at the Blake Funeral Home in Chelmsford.
For those who desire, contributions in her name can be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, P. O. Box 1000, Dept. 142, Memphis, TN 38148.
