Obituary for Dean Alden
DRACUT- Dean Alden, 39, passed away unexpectedly on June 21, 2016 at his home. He was the loving father of Kayla Marie Alden.
Dean was born in Methuen on May 26, 1977. He was the beloved son of Henry W. and Helen R. (LePage) Alden of Dracut. He was a graduate of Greater Lowell Technical High School with the class of 1996.
He was employed as a driver for Albert H. Notini & Sons of Lowell for several years.
Dean had a great heart. He was a doer of good deeds and loved to help people. Dean cherished spending time with his daughter Kayla and also loved his dog, Duke. He was a creator of fine cuisine, and had an incredible passion for filling the bellies of his friends and family.
In addition to his parents and daughter, he also leaves his fiancé Bella Lemay and the future hopes and dreams they held for the twin sons they are expecting; his brother Richard Alden and his wife Sarina of Dracut, his sister, Deborah Letendre and her husband Normand of Nashua, NH, his best friend, Billy Johnson of Dracut, and countless other friends, as well as his nieces and nephews, Tyler, Alanna, Zacharie, Mason, Jeremy, and Kerri.
Visitation will be held on Saturday from 12 until 4 PM at Blake Funeral Home, 24 Worthen Street, Chelmsford.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a Children’s Education Fund at Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union, 1595 Bridge St., Dracut, MA 01826. Please put “in memory of Dean Alden in the memo line.”
