Darren B. Gale, 36, of Chelmsford, passed away on Monday, June 27, 2016. He was the beloved only child of Alan S. and Kathleen F. “Kathie” (Quinlan) Gale of Chelmsford who survive him.

Darren was born in Methuen on November 30, 1979. He was a 1998 graduate of Tyngsboro High School. Darren was an avid sports fan and enjoyed NASCAR and followed the Red Sox and Patriots. He had an interest in Antique Cars and found it to be very peaceful while fishing. Darren and his parents are parishioners at St. Mary Church in Chelmsford.

God has taken Darren, the love of his parent’s life. He would always say to his mother, “Ma, I love you to the moon!” He will be sadly missed by all of his friends and family, especially Tracy Malfy.

Relatives and friends are invited to Darren’s visitation to be held on Tuesday July 5, 2016 from 4 until 8 PM at the Blake Funeral Home, 24 Worthen Street, Chelmsford.

His Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 AM on Wednesday July 6, 2016 at St. Mary Church, Chelmsford.

Interment will follow in Pine Ridge Cemetery.

In Lieu of Flowers donations may be made to the Chelmsford Food Pantry at Chelmsford Community Exchange, Inc., 50 Rear Billerica Road, Chelmsford, MA.
