Condolences

Condolence From: Pastor Hal and Dawn Kooistra
Condolence: Carolyn was a member of our church family for many years and we considered her to be part of our extended family. We have so many fond memories of her. She was dear to each of our 5 children. She hosted church picnics in her garden and many other gatherings in her lovely home. She had the gift of hospitality and her life was marked by those 3 spiritual attributes that will remain: faith, hope, and love. The greatest of these, is love, and love is what you experienced from Carolyn.

We regret that we will not be able to be there for the visitation because we now live in Chicago. Our thoughts and prayers will be with the family and friends as they lay her body to rest. Carolyn now resides in heaven with her Lord and Savior.

Condolence: My deepest condolences on the loss of your mom and grandmother. Carolyn was one of the most beautiful souls I have ever known, I have very fond memories or her and my kids do as well. She was a truly lovely and gracious woman who loved people and who welcomed everyone she met with a beautiful smile and a warm hug. She will always have a special place in my heart.
