Obituary for Martin A Molloy Jr.

OKLAHOMA - Martin A. Molloy, Jr., 88, of Stillwater, OK, passed away on November 29, 2016 in Oklahoma. He is the husband of Janice (Park) Molloy of Stillwater, OK and was the husband of the late Bertha A. (Subach) Molloy until her death on March 8, 2002.

He was born on November 15, 1928 in Lowell, MA and was a son of the late Martin A. Molloy, Sr. and Marie R. Molloy.

Martin was a Petty Officer in the US Navy during WWII where he was an Aircraft Electrical Technician. He was a member of the National Association of Retired Federal Employees.

Martin is survived by one son, David P. Molloy and wife Dayna M. Molloy; three grandchildren, Caitlyn Molloy, Sarah Molloy, and Randall McKee; and four sisters, Virginia A. Cooney, Marilyn M. Dostaler, D. June Smith, and Janice M. Paige and four stepchildren, Russell, Kenneth, Efton Park and Sandra Hays.

He is preceded in death by his sister Patricia Monahan, and grandson Darrick P. Molloy.

Visiting hours Thursday from 5 to 8 pm at the Blake Funeral Home, 24 Worthen St., Chelmsford.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday at 11 o'clock at St. Mary Parish, 25 North Rd., Chelmsford followed by interment in St. Mary Cemetery in Tewksbury, MA.

In lieu of flowers, donation may be made to the Stillwater Medical Foundation or any hospice facility of your choice.
