Sadly, she was predeceased by her loving daughter Linda Ricci, whose children are Kristin Klostermann of Westford, MA and Robert Ricci, Jr. Mrs. Scanlon also leaves five great-grandchildren and extended family. Above all, she cherished spending time with her family, often recounting stories about growing up in South Boston. Mrs. Scanlon was employed for many years by the Lexington Public Schools where she worked as a secretary.

Services for Mrs. Scanlon were held privately.
