The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Ralph Hickey can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence: With Barbara by his side, Ralph was always the source of important information needed to ensure compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. We consulted with Ralph in advance of projects in Chelmsford's open spaces and respected his expertise. He was also a nice, accommodating man who was always willing to help and a pleasure to know. We loved him and will miss him.
