ONeil J. LeBlanc
NORTH CHELMSFORD- ONeil J. LeBlanc, 60, a longtime resident of North Chelmsford passed away peacefully on Sunday August 13, 2017 in the comfort of his home surrounded by family. He courageously battled lung cancer for the past year. He is survived by his bride, Theresa M. (MacGilvray) LeBlanc with whom he would have celebrated 33 years of marriage in September.

ONeil was born in Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada on March 27, 1957. He was the son of Roger and Marguerite (Martin) LeBlanc.

ONeil was employed by Raytheon as a Proposal Coordinator for over 28 years.

ONeil was a talented photographer. What started as a hobby expanded to professional potential. His portfolio spanned from candids to weddings to crime scene investigation photography. He also excelled in the area of graphic design. Music was very dear to ONeil. He could always be found with a tune on his mind and in his heart. He could play instruments varying from a French Horn, a twelve-string guitar as well as the harmonica. To his close family and friends, ONeil was known as "Mr. Wizard" because he could fix just about anything. He was a very proud Youth Hockey Coach for the Town of Chelmsford. ONeil held membership in the Lafayette Club in Lowell where he enjoyed the camaraderie of fellow Frenchmen. He was a good man, a loving husband and a doting father. He will be missed by all who knew him.

In addition to his wife and parents, ONeil is survived by his children, Kenneth O. LeBlanc and his wife, Nicole of Pepperell and Chantal F. LeBlanc of Lunenburg; his siblings; Bernard LeBlanc and his wife, Darlene, Bertrand LeBlanc and his wife, Cheryl, Denise Frenette and her husband, Ron, and Monique Branch and her husband, Ken all of New Brunswick, Canada; his mother and father-in-law, John and Florence MacGilvray of Chelmsford; his Grand dogs, Raven and Roxy; and many nieces, nephews, colleagues, and very dear friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to his visitation to be held on Thursday August 17, 2017 from 4 until 8 PM in the Blake Chelmsford Funeral Home, 24 Worthen Street, Chelmsford.

His Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, August 18, 2017, at 9 AM in St. Mary Church, 25 North Road, Chelmsford.
