Anne Louise Dorr Obituary (1933 - 2013)

CHELMSFORD - Anne Louise (Maloney) Dorr, 79, a resident of Chelmsford and formerly of Wayland, MA passed away on June 4, 2013 surrounded by her friends and family. Her family takes comfort in knowing she is at peace with her Lord and Savior. She was the beloved wife of Joseph Dorr whom she married on February 14, 1953 at St. Lawrence Church in Brookline, MA. She was born in Somerville, MA on November 30, 1933 daughter of the late John and Mary Maloney. Anne was a devoted mother and grandmother and enjoyed nothing more than spending time with her family and her devoted friends Collie and Martha. In addition to her husband of 60 years, she is survived by four children; Joseph Dorr and his wife Marie of Wayland, MA, Barbara Dorr of Lancaster, MA, Mary Lawrence and her husband Michael of Chelmsford and Deborah Nagle and her husband Richard of Chelmsford; Five grandchildren; Emilee Dorr, Joseph Dorr, Sarah Lawrence, Becky Lawrence and Callie Nagle; Three brothers and two sisters; John Maloney of the state of Florida, Francis Maloney of Dedham, MA, Brian Maloney of Brookline, MA, Suzanne Alexson of Framingham, MA and Teresa DOlivera of Texas. And her faithful dog, Josie. She is predeceased by two sisters, Eileen Tamposi and Molly Harloff. Visitation will be held at the BLAKE FUNERAL HOME, 24 Worthen St. CHELMSFORD on Sunday, June 9, 2013 from 12-3 pm. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, June 10, 2013 at 11:00 am at St. Marys Church, 25 North Rd. Chelmsford. Interment in Heart Pond Cemetery, Chelmsford.
