Charlene C. Wright

Charlene C. (Clark) Wright, 85, a longtime resident of Chelmsford, passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 10, 2026 surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of the late Walter F. Wright, with whom she shared 40 years of marriage until his passing in 2023.

She was born in Lowell on December 9, 1940, and was the daughter of the late Charles F. and Winefride (Paquin) Clark.

Charlene enjoyed gardening, crafting, and hosting loved ones for holidays and special gatherings. She dedicated countless hours to assisting with church functions and events. Yet her greatest happiness was found in the moments shared with her family, moments where her love brought warmth to every heart it touched. Charlene will be missed dearly and remembered always, her presence carried forward in the love she gave so freely.

Charlene leaves behind her children, Kathleen and Stephan (husband) Goneau, Charlene and (husband) Bob Mariano, Charles Henry and Collen and Julio (husband) Abad. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, Michale Deleppo, Kelsey Whittlesey, Alyssa Tagliaferro, Ashley Sevigney, Jarred Landry, Thomas Henry, Stephanie Terry, Emily Bouvier and Jacob Abad, as well as eight treasured great grandchildren who brought her immense joy.

Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, from 4pm – 7pm at the BLAKE CHELMSFORD FUNERAL HOME, 24 Worthen St., CHELMSFORD. Her funeral service will be held in the funeral home on Thursday, October 15, 2026, at 9am. Interment to follow in Pine Ridge Cemetery, CHELMSFORD.
