Christine M. Donovan Obituary (1949

Christine M. (Wallace) Donovan, 75, a resident of Hudson, NH, passed away peacefully at her home on Friday, August 9, 2024 surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of Mark Donovan with whom she enjoyed 28 years of marriage. She was born in Lowell on March 29, 1949, and was the daughter of the late James and Bridie Agnes (Shields) Wallace. Christine graduated from Chelmsford High School with the Class of 1967 and resided in Chelmsford for 45 years. Employed by the Nashua Post Office, she carried mail and happily retired after 25 years of service to care for her grandchildren, the absolute joy of her life. In addition to her loving husband, Christine is survived by her devoted sons, Gregory Bean his wife Cheryl of Nashua, NH, and Steve Bean his wife Jini of Lunenburg, MA; her beloved grandchildren, Jayden, Dominic, Travis, Dylan and Bridie Bean; her sister, Patricia Wallace Gallagher of Millbury MA, her brother, David Wallace (Donna Wagner) of Schenectady, NY; her cousin, Gary Muldoon and his husband Jin Yuan of North Andover; special friends, Noreen Bois, of Nashua, NH, Sonia Martin, of Manchester, NH, Zinnia Houston, of Waynesboro, GA, and several cherished nieces and nephews. The family would like to express their sincere appreciation to Home Health and Hospice Care and Dana Farber of Londonderry, NH for their dedicated care and kindness. A Graveside Service will be held on Friday, August 16, 2024, at 11:00 AM at Pine Ridge Cemetery, 130 Billerica Road, Chelmsford. KINDLY GATHER AT THE CEMETERY.
