Corinne E. Shea Obituary (1918

CHELMSFORD- Corinne E. (Kline) Shea, 94, a resident of Chelmsford and former longtime resident of Dedham, died on September 13th at Sunny Acres Nursing Home. She was the wife of the late John G. Shea who died in 1971. She was born on April 7, 1918 in Westminster, MD, a daughter of the late Ray and Katie (Bealing) Kline. She received her education in Hanover, PA and was a graduate of Hanover High School. Corinne spent her life tending to the needs of her home and family. She was an active member of the First Congregational Church of Hyde Park for many years. Corinne was an avid New England Patriots fan and she enjoyed bowling, knitting, and doing arts and crafts. She is survived by her son, John G. Jerry Shea and his companion Diane Daponta of Merrimac; three grandchildren, David Shea and his wife Brigit of Chelmsford, Laurie LeMay, and Brian Shea, both of Candia, NH; four great grandchildren, Leah and Brian LeMay, Brennan Shea, and Katy Shea. She was also the sister of the late Eileen Unger. Corinnes family would like to thank the staff of Sunny Acres for the compassion and care they gave to her. Visitation will be held the BLAKE FUNERAL HOME, 24 Worthen St., CHELMSFORD on Thursday from 10 until 11:30AM followed by her Funeral Service at 11:30AM at the funeral home. Interment in Pine Ridge Cemetery, Chelmsford. In lieu of flowers donation may be made in Corinnes name to Sunny Acres Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, 254 Billerica Rd., Chelmsford, MA 01824.
