Ethel M Putz Obituary (1940 - 2015)

CHELMSFORD Ethel M. (Lynch) Putz, 74, a resident of Chelmsford for over 45 years, passed away on Monday, April 6, 2015 in the company of her loving family. She was the beloved wife of the late Jozsef E. Putz who died in 2012. She was born in Andover on April 23, 1940, and was a daughter of the late Michael and Eva (Dill) Lynch. Ethel was raised in Andover and was a graduate of St. Augustine Grammar School and Andover High School. Prior to her retirement, Ethel was employed for 8 years by MACOM in Burlington and previously as a data entry clerk for Digital Equipment Corp in Maynard for 29 years. Ethel enjoyed going to the White Mountains and loved the ocean. Ethels favorite holiday was Easter and she enjoyed planning it and celebrating it with her family, whom she loved to spend time with, especially her adoring grandchildren and great granddaughter. Ethel is survived by her daughters; Lisza Elliot and her husband Thomas of Hudson, NH, AnnaMarie Watson and her husband Richard of Chelmsford, and Amie Gibson and her husband Russell of Hudson, NH, eight grandchildren; Samantha Watson, Heather Gibson, Brittany Gibson, Richard Watson II, Ian Elliot, Alex Elliot, Jacob Gibson, and Joshua Gibson, great-granddaughter Sophia Martins, sister Elizabeth Bolduc and her husband Raymond of Haverhill, brothers; Charles Lynch and his wife Marie of Andover, Joseph Lynch of FL, and Richard Lynch and his wife Brenda of Methuen, and sister-in-law Lorraine Lynch of Lawrence. She also leaves many nieces, nephews, and dear friends. She was the sister of the late John Lynch. Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday from 4 to 8 pm at the Blake Funeral Home, 24 Worthen St., Chelmsford. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday at 10 oclock at St. Kathryn Parish, 4 Dracut Rd., Hudson, NH. PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH. Interment will be private.
