Jean Richards Obituary (1938 - 2016)

N. CHELMSFORD- Jean (Williams) Richards, 78, a longtime Chelmsford resident, passed away on Sunday June 26, 2016, following a brief illness. She was the wife of the late Samuel A. Richards. Born in Colliers, West Virginia on May 5, 1938 she was a daughter of the late James E. Williams and Mary (Dolinar) Wilson. Jean was employed as an office administrator for the Littleton School Department. She had very little free time as she was very happily occupied by spoiling her grandchildren. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends. She is survived by two sons, Scott Richards of Chelmsford, Robert Richards and his wife, Corinne of Milford; a daughter-in-law, Debbie Richards of Westford; a son-in-law, Roger Plaisted of Westford; her loving grandchildren and great grandchildren; her siblings, Shirley Holt and her husband, Richard of Bel Air, MD, Jim Williams and his wife, Donna of Colliers, WV and Carol Oiler and her husband, Marty of Colliers, WV. She was the mother of the late Bill Richards and Mary Jane Plaisted. It being her request, funeral services were held privately.
