Pasqualina C. DiNicola

- Pasqualina C. (Cardillo) DiNicola, 92, a former Chelmsford resident, passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 19, 2015 at The Westford House. She was the wife of the late Louis P. DiNicola.

Born in Belmont, Massachusetts on February 7, 1923, she was the daughter of the late Pasquale and Maria T. (Angeliacchio) Cardillo. Survivors include a son, Louis P. DiNicola, Jr. and his wife, Sharon of Townsend, MA, 2 daughters, Carol Deschenes and husband, Gerry of Pfafftown, NC and Patricia Doolan and husband, Lenny of Dallas, GA. Nine grandchildren: Eric, Jason, Lynne, Brian, Kerry, Katelyn, Leonard Jr, Sarah and Jennifer and 8 great-grandchildren.

For many years, Pasqualina was employed by the Internal Revenue Service in Andover. Pat was a gentle soul who was very happy and loving. She enjoyed life, loved to dance and especially loved to be with her family.

She was a communicant of St. Marys Parish in Chelmsford and prayed the Rosary daily. She had been an active member of the Chelmsford Senior Center and the Red Hat Society.

Calling hours will be held on Tuesday December 22, 2015 from 8:30 until 10:30 AM at the BLAKE FUNERAL HOME, 24 Worthen Street, Chelmsford. Her Funeral Mass will then be celebrated at 11 AM in St. Mary Parish, 25 North Road, Chelmsford. Interment will follow at the Pine Ridge Cemetery.
