Patricia Marie (Sheehan) Ferreira Obituary (1947 - 2025)

Patricia Marie (Sheehan) Ferreira, age 78, a longtime resident of Billerica, passed away peacefully at Lawrence General Hospital on Monday, June 16, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of the late Donald J. Ferreira with whom she enjoyed 55 years of marriage until his passing in 2019. She was born in Everett on May 12, 1947, and was the daughter of the late Edward and Mary (Harkins) Sheehan. Patricia graduated from Everett High School. She worked at Raytheon where she met Donald. Her hobbies included crafting, hand making quilts, knitting, crocheting, cross-stitching and making her own potpourri. Patricia is survived by her only daughter Dawn of Greenfield, MA. She is predeceased by her brother Edward Sheehan and her twin sister Margret. Visiting hours will be held on Monday, June 30, 2025 from 4 pm to 7 pm at the BLAKE CHELMSFORD FUNERAL HOME, 24 Worthen Street, CHELMSFORD. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, July 1, 2025 at 10 am at St. Matthew the Evangelist Parish, 466 Boston Road, BILLERICA. KINDLY MEET AT THE CHURCH. Interment will be held privately. Memorial donations may be made in Patricia's memory to MSPCA at Nevins Farm in Methuen, MA.
