Timothy M. Lewis Sr. Obituary (1977

CHELMSFORD Timothy M. Lewis, Sr. 34, a lifelong resident of Chelmsford, died Tuesday, February 7, 2012 from injuries sustained in an assault. He was the beloved husband of Debra A. (Nohelty) Lewis to whom he was married for 11 years. Tim and Deb were high school sweethearts, best friends, and soul mates, who were very much in love. He was born in Lowell on October 5, 1977, and was a son of Allan F. Archie Lewis Sr. and Debra A. (Greenhalge) of Chelmsford. He was educated in Chelmsford schools and was a graduate of Chelmsford High School, class of 1996. Tim was Co-captain of the Chelmsford High School Wrestling Team and in 1995 was State Wrestling Champion in the 125 lb Division. He also coached youth wrestling at summer camp and more recently was teaching his son to wrestle. He also excelled in Baseball and Football and in 1995 was a key member of the State Superbowl Championship Team. Tim worked in construction for many years and was a member of the Massachusetts Laborers Union Local 429. His passion in life was his children, whom he loved more than anything. In his free time he enjoyed building and racing model cars and racing mini motorcycles. He was also a very talented artist and tattoo artist. He will be remembered as someone that would give the shirt off his back to help anyone in need. In addition to his wife and parents Tim is survived by his loving children, Timothy M. Lewis, Jr., age 7 and Grace Lorrie Lewis, age 6, a brother Allan F. Lewis, Jr. and his fianc April Constantineau; a sister, Wendy M. Capozzi and her husband Jay; his maternal grandparents, Rose and Robert Greenhalge, his nieces and nephews, Adrianna and Jillian Capozzi, and Logun and Desiree Lewis, his uncles, Barry Lewis, Roy Lewis, and Robert Greenhalge, Jr. and his wife Linda; his aunt Kim Tardiff and her husband Steve; his cousins, Justin and Amber Lewis and Sarah and Stacey Tardiff, his father and mother-in-law, Martin and Elizabeth Nohelty; his brother-in-law, Mark Nohelty and his fianc Tamara Davis; and his coach and mentor Bruce Rich. He was also the brother of the late Lorrie Ann Lewis and the grandson of the late Thomas and Estelle Lewis. Vistiation will be held at the BLAKE FUNERAL HOME, 24 Worthen Street, CHELMSFORD on Monday from 4 until 8PM. His Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday at 11AM at St. Mary Church, 25 North Rd., Chelmsford. PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH. Interment in St. Patrick Cemetery, Lowell.
