Condolences

Condolence From: Rebecca Hernandez
Condolence: I admired Kathy so much growing up. I don’t know how but she seemed to do everything. Kathy had sheep, a garden, three boys a husband and a job but always seemed to find time to talk and teach things. Kathy encouraged me in my endeavors and supported my individualism – she never once tried to change me and liked me just as I was. I never felt silly or like I was a bother when hanging around in Kathy’s kitchen; she’d fix some tea and treated me like an adult. I appreciated those times so much.

Condolence: We remember Kathy as a kind and thoughtful person who made the world a better place. Our children grew up in the same area, near Cathlamet, WA, where they attended school and church. We shared a few adventures as parents and friends. In church, we helped each other with Sunday School and planning activities for our children. She was always a dedicated mom and friend. I am so sad to hear that she is gone and my heart goes out to the family for their loss.

Condolence: Please accept our heartfelt condolences. May the God of all comfort become your refuge and strength during this most difficult time. And may the loving words of Psalms 34:18 bring comfort to your hearts. Because it reassures us that God cares for us, he to feels our pain and sorrow, when someone we love falls asleep in death. May the wonderful memories you shared together live on forever in your hearts.

Condolence: Katherine was a dedicated volunteer in the Upper Merrimack Valley Medical Reserve Corps for many years. She helped as a team leader for health fairs, provided inoculations at flu clinics, and supported efforts for pet preparedness -- lending her personal supplies as well as sharing her compassion and expertise. Katherine was a kind person who will be truly missed!
