Obituary for Karen A. Erickson
TYNGSBORO, MA – Karen Erickson, 59, a longtime resident of Tyngsboro, MA and formerly of New Hampshire passed away early Sunday morning after a long illness.
She was born in Concord, NH on July 11, 1955 a daughter of the late Kenneth and Muriel (Spofford) Erickson.
Karen was last employed as the Business Manager and Treasurer for the South Shore Education Collaborative in Hingham, MA. Prior to that, she was employed as a business manager for several other school districts.
Karen is survived by her life partner, James Baker of Tyngsboro, MA; a brother, Gary Erickson and his wife Kristy of Bow, NH; two sisters, Sheila Marston and her husband Rick of New Durham, NH and Lisa Erickson-Harris and her husband Joe of Kennebunk, ME; four nephews and two nieces, Deven and Dylan Erickson, Joshua and Garrett Erickson-Harris and Chelsey and Morgan Marston.
It being her wish, Karen’s funeral services will be private. For those who desire, contributions in Karen’s memory may be made to the VNA Hospice Care, 100 Sylvan Rd. Woburn, MA 01801.
