Connie, age 73 died peacefully at home on Monday, June 20, 2016 after a long courageous battle with dementia. She was the wife of Raymond Hoag with whom she recently celebrated her 50th Wedding Anniversary on May 21st.

Connie was born and raised in Lowell, the daughter of the late John and Eileen (Sullivan) Finn. She grew up in the Belvedere section of the city. She then moved to Pawtucketville and raised her three children along with her husband. Most recently Connie and Raymond have relocated to a senior community in Pelham, NH, where they now reside. In 1966 after their wedding reception they drove from Lowell to Anchorage, Alaska where Ray was stationed in the Air Force. They made that journey in a VW beetle, a long trip in a small car.

Connie graduated from the Immaculate Conception School in Lowell and went on to graduate from Notre Dame Academy in Tyngsboro, Class of 1960. She worked for the Lowell Gas Co and for Aramark at UMass Lowell for over twenty years until her retirement. While living in Pawtucketville she was involved with many school and church functions, worked with Boy and Girl Scouts and youth baseball. She enjoyed being a member of St Rita Women's Club, working on quilts and making baby blankets.

She enjoyed summers at Lake Winnipesaukee where she and her family camped for 21 years, more recently spending time at Wells Beach Maine. Connie vacationed in Hawaii, visited with cousins in Ireland and England and cruised through the Panama Canal. In 2008 she enjoyed a family reunion in the Dominican Republic and also enjoyed several trips to visit family and friends in Florida.

She is survived by her husband and three children, her daughter Marleene who lives in Dracut, two sons, Brian and his wife Cheryl (Clark) who live in Windham, NH and Gregory and his wife Lisa (Gaspar) who live in Chelmsford, and also five grandsons Nathan, Evan, Alec, Joseph and Anthony Hoag. She also leaves her sister Kathy Pujols and her husband August in Hollywood, FL, her brother Michael Finn and his wife Connie in Haverhill, MA, and her sister Mary Feeley in Weymouth, MA, along with many nieces and nephews.

Connie was predeceased by her sister Christine Finn.

The family would like to thank Circle Home Hospice and the Right at Home Agency for their care and compassion during the last few weeks.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 23rd from 2 until 4 PM and 6 until 8 PM at Blake Funeral Home, 24 Worthen Street, Chelmsford.

Her Funeral will be held on FRIDAY, June 24th at 10 o'clock at St. Rita Church, 158 Mammoth Road, LOWELL. PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH.
