Condolence: We were so sad to hear today that Phil passed away recently. For 18 years we relied on him to do our landscaping. Phil was reputable and a perfectionist and we benefitted from his expertise. We so enjoyed talking with him when we were lucky enough to catch him before he finished his work. We are so sorry for your loss. The world lost an extremely nice person.
