Sharon A. (Brown) Johnson, 63, a resident of Lowell and a former resident of Pepperell, passed away on Friday, September 29, 2017 at Lowell General Hospital following a courageous battle with breast cancer.

She was born in Lowell, on February 3, 1954 and was a daughter of the late Arthur H. and Adelaide (Farris) Brown.

Sharon grew up in Dracut and later moved to Pepperell. She was employed as a machine operator for Pepperell Braiding Company in Pepperell until her illness. Sharon was an avid flea market shopper. She loved her many pets, but most of all she loved her children and grandchildren.

She is survived by her children; Karen Johnson and her husband Jose DaSilva of Lowell, Timothy Johnson and his girlfriend Morgan Kerr of Fitchburg and Lynn McGrath and her boyfriend Dan Dichard of Hudson, NH, her grandchildren; Brianna Chaisson, Ty Silva, Yasmine Silva and her soon to be grandson who is due to arrive in January. She also leaves her siblings; James Brown of Pepperell and Kathleen Brown of Fitchburg.

Visiting hours will be held on Friday from 5 to 7 pm at the Blake Chelmsford Funeral Home, 24 Worthen St., Chelmsford.

Burial will be private.
