Robert P. "Bob"  Hogan
Robert P. Hogan, 77, a resident of Lowell, formerly of Chelmsford, passed away Sunday
October 1, 2017 at Lowell General Hospital following a period of declining health. He was the beloved husband of the late Nancy J. (Richards) Hogan and loving father of the late Robert Michael Hogan.

Bob was a proud veteran, honorably serving his country in the United States Marine Corps.

Prior to his retirement, Bob worked as a painter in the Greater Lowell area. He was a member of the Painters and Allied Trades Union. In his later days, Bob enjoyed watching game shows with a cup of coffee and a donut or two. Bob was a very happy go lucky guy who also enjoyed spending time with his lovable cat.

He is survived by his niece, Justine Donley and her husband Todd of Lowell with whom he resided; his cousin, Ronald Tilley and his wife Denise of Chelmsford; a brother in-law, Robert Richards and his wife Joyce of Illinois, as well as his beloved cat Jackpot.

A private family graveside service with military honors took place on Tuesday October 3, 2017. Bob was laid to rest alongside his wife and son. Donations in memory of Bob may be made to the Lowell General Hospital Cancer Center, 295 Varnum Ave., Lowell, MA 01854.
