I was so sorry to hear about Joanne's passing. I wanted to write to let her family know that Joanne always made my boys so happy when we saw her at Market Basket. Even if we were not in her line, she would always run over and give them a kiss and a ton of stickers :) They called her "our Market Basket friend". She was so kind, sweet, and genuine and will be missed by many. My deepest sympathies for your loss.
