My thoughts are with the family of joanne in this upcoming anniversary of her passing. Joanne was a true friend and supporter of the chelmsford police department as well as a good friend to my family. She now rests in peace along side my wife of 36 years who was also taken by this dreaded disease. We truly lost an angel that day. Thoughts and prayers to you all.
