Condolence: i was shocked and deeply saddened to learn of cleo's passing. His contributions to the Wilmington community were immeasurable. He was without a peer when it came to his knowledge and understanding of the law. Hundreds of children today are enjoying enriched lives because of his vision. He set an uncompromising standard when it came to the children. He had no time for politics , but he understood the game and worked it to the advantage of his programs. Always professional, he was a man of integrity. He was a loyal friend and a treasured colleague. At the end of the day, we hope for one thing, that our life mattered and we made a difference. Rest easy, my friend, you answered the call and exceeded the standard, personally and professionally. We should all hope to emulate you.

Condolence: Carol,
I am so sorry to hear of Cleo's passing. He was such a wonderful, skilled and always upbeat person in a field where many administrators get so bogged down. He always would listen and had such a great background that he was able to put things in perspective and keep many of us, me included, looking at the upside of things. He helped so many - not just the children to whom he was do dedicated - but other administrators and teachers and families. He and you are in my thoughts and prayers.

Condolence: My condolences to the Fredette family. May it help you and your family to know that Isaiah 25:8 saying: He will swallow up death forever, He will wipe all tears from all faces. Yes, because of his love and knowing the pain that death bring to families He will get rid of it forever, never to return. So we will no longer worry or pain from losing a loved one to it. Please find some comfort and strength from this in your days ahead.
