Condolences

Condolence From: Dawn
Condolence: Dear Family, please accept my condolence. Remember God's promise to resurrect all who have died. (Acts 24:15) Jesus demonstrated his ability to resurrect the dead when he was on earth. At Luke 7:11-15, Jesus resurrected the widow's son, verse 15 says 'the dead man sat up...and Jesus gave him to his mother.' God promises that he will heal our broken hearts (Psalm 147:3) by reuniting us with our loved ones who have died and God cannot lie. (Numbers 23:19) Thank you for taking time to read my condolence and I hope the thought of hugging Gloria again in perfect health (Isaiah 33:24) brings you comfort in the days ahead.

Condolence: Dear Donna, MaryJo.Chris,Don and family, I was so saddened to hear of Aunt Gliria's passing. I remember her with a heart full of love, she treated everyone like they were the most important person in her life. While it is never easy to lose a parent, she is at least at rest with Uncle Don and will continue to live on in all of you. My deepest sympathy to you all. Much love, Laurie Jeanne

Condolence: I wanted to express my heartfelt condolences to Gloria's family. There's such a sense of helplessness when someone we love dies. I'd like to share some scriptural thoughts that really helps me. Prayer is so valuable at this time but it's not that prayer simply makes us feel better. 2 Cor.4:7 says that God can give us, "... power beyond what is normal", to go from one day to the next. This does not mean that we no longer cry or that we forget, but it means we recover. The reason we recover is because of our hope. Jesus Christ talked about our hope in John 5:28, "... all those in the memorial tomb will hear his voice and come out ". Jesus was referring to the resurrection; this is our hope that helps us recover and gives us power to go on. 2 Cor.1:3 describes our Creator as, "... the God of all comfort". One way that God comforts us is by moving people who care about us to give us words of encouragement that we need to hear. May the God of comfort (Ps. 83:18) be your comfort now during this time of sorrow.

Condolence: Please accept my condolences. Gloria was the ultimate mom and always treated everyone as though they were the most important person in her home. Friends were treated like family, and her children meant everything to her. I am sorry for your loss. Gloria was the best, and will be missed.
