A great teacher has left us... I took a couple of courses with Prof Krishnan and have always remembered and admired him for his command of his subject, his ability to articulate and explain and his love for his students and how much he wanted us to learn and understand... Later I came to know that he was the dear uncle of Rita Ramnarayan and met him a few times through that connection - I was always in awe of his personality. He will be missed ... My sincere condolences to the family.
