Dear Mrs. Krishnan, thank you for your email below. I was very sad to hear that Krishnan had passed and please accept my sincere condolences. Krishnan was a towering figure and over the years I learnt so much from him. He was great intellectual and highly accomplished academic. It was a pleasure to work with him and continue our exchanges long after I left UML. His books were meticulously written with a clarity and attention to detail that were second to none and his legacy will be enduring.
